Key Role Summary

We are seeking an expert professional to fill a vital role at our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and building strong relationships with government bodies and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Approvals & Licensing: Obtain and renew necessary licenses and approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, and Trade license compliances.
  • Timely Renewal of Licenses: Ensure that all required licenses are renewed on time without any lapses.
  • Government & External Liaison: Develop and maintain effective relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and submit necessary documents for regulatory applications, maintain updated compliance registers, handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities, and ensure strict adherence to relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate closely with the Expansion/Projects team to ensure that compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules, coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.

  • Strong Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with government bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
