Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to lead our HR Risk function. This role requires expertise in risk management, audit management, and project management with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and programs in HR Risk, as well as experience in risk or audit management. They will be responsible for designing and implementing internal governance processes, managing documentation and execution of local HR controls, and leading audit activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement internal governance processes, including consistent controls and monitoring programs.
  • Manage documentation and execution of local HR controls to demonstrate adherence to local employment laws.
  • Lead audit activities, including establishing a framework for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree.
  • 8+ years experience in Project management, leading cross-functional projects and programs in HR Risk.
  • 8+ years experience in Risk or Audit Management.
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
