About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Manager to join our team. As a Business Risk Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Private Bank by identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing controls, as well as developing and testing key procedures. Additionally, you will create and review key risk indicators, register risk events, and manage and deliver risk incident reports.

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas of improvement to enhance our risk management framework.
  • Design and implement controls to prevent and detect potential risks, and test their effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management is integrated into all aspects of our business.
Requirements
  • A degree from a top university.
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services.
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze complex data and identify solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate risk-related information to stakeholders.
