Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage our investment research practice, taking ownership of profits and losses. They will identify growth opportunities through new products/services or market entry, provide leadership support to the delivery team, and assist the business development team in winning new clients.

They must also establish best practices in employee engagement and training, support marketing initiatives, write thought leadership papers, and represent the company on various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage equity research processes, including coverage of global stocks, financial modeling, and valuation assessments.
  2. Lead investment due diligence for private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate finance clients.
  3. Foster strong client relationships and lead team-building efforts.
Requirements
  1. Total 15yrs exp, with at least 7+ years of experience in managing teams in investment research.
  2. Experience in KPO industry, handling Private Equity/Investment Banking/Asset Management/Brokerage clients.
  3. Strong knowledge of finance, macro and business drivers, valuation methodologies and preparation of investor pitch documents.

  1. Ideal candidate should have exposure to business development activities such as identifying appropriate solutions and capabilities for prospective clients.
  2. Able to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to buy-side and sell-side clients.
