We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as an Analyst.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, identifying trends and variances, and providing insights to management for informed decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including MIS and P&L statements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and variances.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies.
  • Collaborate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and consultants during due diligence and audits.
  • Manage accounts receivable and coordinate with stakeholders for timely collections.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes and propose/implement improvements.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and underlying financial data, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
