Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our leadership development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that foster leadership growth and success within our organization.

Your primary focus will be on building partnerships with business stakeholders to identify and address learning needs, designing and delivering future-fit programs, and architecting Leadership Development Programmes.

You will consult with HR business leaders and other key stakeholders to perform periodic learning needs analysis, define right programs, and help deliver solutions to build managerial leadership capability.

In addition, you will recommend Enterprise level behavioural learning and development interventions based on the organization's current and future needs.

You will also be responsible for setting clear points of goal progress evaluation and demonstrating the degree of success achieved via strong governance and program management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership Development: Proven experience in leading leadership development initiatives, including designing and delivering programs that foster leadership growth and success.
  • Program Management: Strong program management skills, with ability to set clear goals, evaluate progress, and demonstrate success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and other key partners.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
