Strategic Leadership Role

This is a high-growth opportunity to spearhead operations in India, driving OEM coordination, tendering, national sales growth, and PSU/EPC engagement.

We are seeking an experienced professional with industrial/B2B sales expertise, preferably in coatings, pipelines, infra, oil & gas.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PSU clients, EPCs, and government tendering. Strong leadership and techno-commercial skills are essential.

A degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering; MBA preferred. If you meet the above criteria, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead India business as the OEM channel partner
  • Build and manage a pan-India team (Sales + Application)
  • Strengthen relationships with PSUs, EPCs, and infrastructure clients
  • Coordinate with UK on pricing, logistics, and technical approvals
  • Execute go-to-market strategy, ensure compliance, and optimize margins
