Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead
\About the Role:
\This is a senior leadership position within our global customer service organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
\The Customer Service Team Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer service operations and drive business results\
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to promote growth and development\
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to stay informed about team dynamics and address concerns or issues promptly\
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding\
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops to establish thought leadership and build relationships with key partners and influencers\
- Travel as needed to attend training sessions, meet with stakeholders, or participate in business development activities\
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, team performance, and business metrics\
