We are seeking a seasoned Global Benefits Expert to lead the configuration, implementation and optimization of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules across large organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations, as well as experience in managing client relationships and delivering business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Global Benefits
  • Collaborate with clients to understand global benefits needs and design tailored solutions
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows and vendor integrations
  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting and continuous improvements post go-live

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central)
