Key Leadership Position: Enterprise Growth

The successful candidate will own the enterprise profit and loss, driving growth across domestic and international markets. They will lead the company's next phase of expansion through strategic planning, execution, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning end-to-end P&L and value creation, setting strategy and delivering outcomes.
  • Taking enterprise-wide ownership across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG.
  • Driving market expansion with a focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals (Defense, Railways, Infrastructure).
  • Building a predictable order book and margin profile, negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Modernizing manufacturing processes to improve throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality.
  • Leading digital/ERP transformation and institutionalizing data-driven governance.
  • Strengthening supply chain resilience through vendor development and strategic sourcing.
  • Establishing a performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and leadership bench.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering with proven P&L ownership and scale-up results.
  • A track record of driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience as a people leader who builds accountable teams and a performance culture.
