- Comfortable in performing requirements analysis, interfacing with various stakeholders, and documenting solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required for this position.
- A strong knowledge base on Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint identity secure cloud is essential.
- Understanding two-step verification and its application is also necessary.
- Awareness of the difference between authentication and authorization is key to success.
- Experience with Role-Based Access Control is highly valued.
- Database management and data structure knowledge is also crucial.
- Adaptability and ability to work well across boundaries is essential.
- Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk.
- Experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications of various integration types (Webservice, SCIM, Active Directory, JDBC, etc.).
- Designing Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow experience is needed.
- Modern authentication methodologies like SAML-based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID experience is highly valued.
- Contribution to SOC/Sox internal and external audits is required.
- Working with Agile teams experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
