Job Description
This is a critical role that involves driving business development, commercial excellence, sales force effectiveness, and customer marketing initiatives across the nation. As a National Expert Sales Operations Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive top-line growth and commercial excellence.
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers (RESMs) to foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive business development and commercial excellence initiatives to improve sales force effectiveness.
- Lead customer marketing efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in both the pharma and FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience in business development, commercial excellence, and sales force effectiveness.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
