Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Professional to join our team. As a Business Expert within Finance, you will work collaboratively in an agile environment with a cross-functional team to ensure that product development aligns with business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering business insights and requirements to identify financial solution improvement needs
  • Utilizing financial process expertise to proactively analyze problem areas, root causes, and improvement opportunities in the solution area
  • Collaborating with IT and other relevant stakeholders to design, implement, and document efficient and compliant financial solutions
  • Preparing training materials and executing trainings to relevant stakeholders
  • Becoming a partner to cross-functional stakeholders to support the implementation of IT solutions, processes, and ways of working that are compliant with local accounting regulations and principles

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in traditional finance and accounting
  • Experience in solution-based projects with accounting systems such as SAP
  • The ability to explain deep subject matter situations relating to finance, accounting, and SAP to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Leadership skills and the confidence to make quick decisions
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
