Part-Time Finance and Accounting Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill a part-time finance and accounting position. This is a flexible opportunity that requires the candidate to work on-site 5-6 days a month for 3-4 hours each visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
  • Regularly reconcile bank statements, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records, maintaining the integrity of our financial data.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients, tracking and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in processing payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and other payroll-related activities.
  • Maintain and organize financial records systematically, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Freshers welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
