**Job Title:** New Product Introduction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our native water purifier product line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products, ensuring timely execution from concept to market.

**Key Responsibilities:

Program Management

  • Lead NPI projects for multiple water purifier products, ensuring timely execution from concept to launch.
  • Own project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics across the product lifecycle.
  • Establish clear program governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk management frameworks.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
  • Drive supplier and vendor engagement during development and ramp-up.

Product Development & Validation

  • Evaluate and ensure DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) and DFX principles are integrated early in the design stage.
  • Oversee prototyping, pilot builds, and validation testing (performance, reliability, regulatory compliance).
  • Lead issue tracking and resolution during EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.

Operational Readiness

  • Establish production readiness with manufacturing teams, including process validation, line setup, and yield improvement.
  • Drive cost optimization through value engineering and supplier development.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations post-launch.

Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and refine NPI processes, tools, and best practices tailored for consumer appliance development.
  • Track post-launch performance (quality, service feedback, cost metrics) and drive iterative improvements.
