The goal of this role is to collaborate with our development team to conduct thorough user testing sessions for mobile applications, develop and implement effective test plans, collect and analyze feedback from users, document and report testing results, and provide actionable recommendations for improving the user experience of mobile applications.

This position requires strong collaboration with developers to integrate testing feedback into the application. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mobile application development principles and user experience best practices, have experience with various user testing methodologies and tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth user testing sessions for mobile applications to gather valuable insights and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the application meets user needs and expectations
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Document and report testing results in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making
  • Work closely with developers to integrate testing feedback into the application and improve the overall user experience

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, human-computer interaction, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development principles and user experience best practices
  • Experience with various user testing methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
