About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled mobile app developer with expertise in Flutter and Dart to join our cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on delivering high-quality applications for Android and iOS platforms.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced mobile applications using Flutter, collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Write clean, efficient code following best practices.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
  • Experience with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX or MobX.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, REST APIs, and Third-party libraries.
  • Solid understanding of native Android/iOS development (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in publishing and maintaining large-scale apps to the App Store and Google Play.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to modular architecture and clean code principles (SOLID, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
