Reliability Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Reliability Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile apps, web platform, backend systems, and machine learning-powered features.

  • Perform thorough functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps, web apps, and backend APIs.
  • Test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
  • Reproduce and investigate reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions.
  • Maintain test documentation and track quality metrics.
  • Gradually contribute to automation testing frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of QA experience (manual testing across mobile, web, and backend).
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, or similar.
  • Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying edge cases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • AWS Knowledge: Experience with AWS services is a plus.

Nice To Have:

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA's role in them.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
