Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate conceptual sketches into construction-ready drawings using CAD software.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers on structural, electrical, and mechanical plans.
  • Assist in material selection, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations.
  • Solve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Drafter with a strong portfolio in building/infrastructure projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Revit or other BIM software a plus.
  • Deep understanding of building design, construction materials, technical specifications, and Indian building codes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Associate's degree, Diploma, or certification in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
