Job Description

We are seeking a DevSecOps professional to join our organization and contribute to the success of our multidisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for proposing and implementing advanced cloud architectures in continuous alignment with key cloud providers, such as AWS and Google.

Key responsibilities include building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, supporting the continuous evolution of the client's infrastructure as code approach, and ensuring advanced levels of automation throughout the lifecycle of all workloads.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring there are no single points of failure in the infrastructure, continuously improving efficiency when setting up new cloud infrastructure and maintaining existing instances, and building the bridge between Security and DevOps teams.

Furthermore, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation of security recommendations, while supporting sales, compliance and delivery in the context of Audits and RFPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require experience with Docker, Linux systems management, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, BitBucket or Stash, CI and CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo or similar), solid experience with at least a programming/scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, GO, Java, Node.js, PHP), and experience with application and system monitoring tools (such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Kibana).

You should also have experience in the configuration, management and troubleshooting of web servers (Apache, NGINX), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), caching (Cassandra, Redis, Memcache or others) and queues (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ or similar). Additionally, experience working as a DevSecOps or Cloud Engineer in an agile and fast-paced environment is essential.
