Job Description

We're a leading lifecycle marketing agency specializing in CRM solutions. Our team is working with a high-growth client on a comprehensive HubSpot migration and optimization project. We need a skilled professional to support our team with technical implementation and strategic guidance.

This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing collaboration as we scale our HubSpot client base. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with complex workflows, integrations, and optimizations.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with HubSpot Mastery: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Hub Pro and Operations Hub Pro. They should also have Integration Expertise: experience with HubSpot integrations, particularly Shopify, form builders, and CRM data migration across multiple instances.

The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating 106k+ contacts while maintaining data integrity and compliance. They will configure Marketing Hub Pro and Operations Hub Pro for automated lifecycle management, design and implement advanced lead scoring, attribution, and segmentation strategies.

Additionally, they will build sophisticated multi-touch nurturing workflows and behavioral trigger campaigns, migrate existing Shopify email automations to HubSpot with enhanced functionality, develop cart abandonment, win-back, and customer lifecycle automation sequences, create dynamic content and personalization strategies across customer journeys.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Workflow Management, Operations Hub)
  • Experience with Shopify-HubSpot integrations and e-commerce automation workflows
  • Proven experience with multi-region CRM management
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot APIs and custom properties preferred but not essential.
