Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting the development of ESG and sustainability reporting products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research ESG standards including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track emerging trends and regulatory developments in sustainability reporting to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Support data collection and reporting template creation to facilitate efficient data management.
  • Develop and implement GHG emission accounting workflows to minimize environmental impact.
  • Prepare benchmarking studies and gap assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features to enhance user experience.
  • Support client-facing documentation and case study preparation to showcase expertise.
  • Collaborate with the product team to test and validate ESG data workflows to ensure seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is beneficial.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills are necessary to excel in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace is required; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
