Job Title: Operations Manager

This is a senior management role where you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the store.

  1. Developing, implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
  2. Controlling costs by optimizing inventory levels, managing supply chain logistics, and reducing waste.
  3. Recruiting, training and developing new employees to enhance their skills and improve job satisfaction.
  4. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Leading by example and providing guidance and direction to all employees to achieve business objectives.
  6. Ensuring product quality and availability through effective inventory management and stock control.
  7. Preparing and presenting employee reviews to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  8. Collaborating with the store manager to lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  9. Overseeing retail inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels.
  10. Providing exceptional customer service by being available to assist customers whenever necessary.
  11. Organizing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  12. Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and security rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  13. Maintaining a consistent standard of customer service across all departments.
  14. Motivating employees to achieve their full potential and stay focused on the company's mission and vision.
  15. Maintaining visual merchandising standards, including displays and signage, to enhance the shopping experience.
  16. Maintaining stores to exacting standards, including cleaning, stocking, and restocking shelves.
  17. Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
