We seek a Principal Consultant to join our fast-growing team in leveraging advanced analytics and predictive modelling for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments worldwide.

About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced analytics to uncover trends and opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling for informed product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and optimize automated data pipelines to enhance reporting efficiency and deliver timely insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions aligning with our platform vision.
  • Mentor junior team members promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO datasets.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
