Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical specialist to provide expert assistance and support to customers and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 across multiple supply chain and manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS R12, encompassing Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement custom enhancements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues using Oracle EBS layers.
  • Manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Candidates must demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in OM and INV modules during the interview.
  • Tech support experience in SCM modules for 4+ years minimum.
  • Relevant Module Experience Required:
    Order Management (OM)
    Inventory (INV)
    Accounts Receivable (AR)
    Accounts Payable (AP)
    General Ledger (GL)
    Fixed Assets (FA)
Desirable Skills:
  • Oracle APEX
