Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 technical support specialist to join our team as a contract professional.

  • This is a 6-month remote role covering Pan India, with the primary focus on providing technical assistance for Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports, along with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for Oracle EBS R12 applications, focusing on SCM and Manufacturing modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
  • Technical Skills: Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Forms & Reports, SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle APEX (desired)
  • Experience: At least 4 years of technical support experience in SCM modules, with a proven track record of successful issue resolutions and process improvements.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry background.
