Oracle EBS HCM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 3–5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll, as well as exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities, driving business value and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations, ensuring timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, applying problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12, with a strong understanding of Core HR and Payroll.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • Immediate Joiner status required, with a valid Indian passport and willingness to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
