Job Description:

As a strategic leader, the Vidyard Lead will spearhead the separation and reconfiguration of Honeywell's Vidyard environment. This critical role ensures seamless execution of tenant and user separation, video asset restructuring, and branding alignment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the split of Vidyard tenants, users, and video libraries across impacted organizations
  • Develop and drive an asset migration approach, including folder restructuring and new branding standards
  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and platform teams to coordinate embed updates across websites, campaign tools, and publishing platforms
  • Establish validation processes to confirm video tracking, analytics, and access controls function post-split
  • Act as primary point of contact for Vidyard-related issues during separation, escalating as needed
  • Document updated Vidyard environment, governance model, and user guidelines for future operations
