**Job Overview**

Nestl is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across multiple markets and regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience working with digital technologies. You will work closely with global product managers to develop strategies and drive the implementation of new technologies.

The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a global environment with virtual teams. Flexibility is essential, as you will need to participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Global Product Managers: Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the development of digital products and solutions.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for improvement and drive the implementation of new technologies to enhance business processes.
  • Document Business Use Cases: Develop detailed documentation of business use cases to inform product development.
  • Develop Nestle Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive architecture landscape for Nestl's digital technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong Background in IT: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT, preferably with experience in agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Digital Technologies: Experience working with digital technologies such as Salesforce, SAP Gigya, Google Data Studio, Web Content Management (Web CMS), Direct to Consumer Platforms, and Content Management solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Global Experience: Experience working in a global environment with virtual teams, with flexibility to participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
