Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Manager to drive and scale knowledge management initiatives across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enable the effective creation, organization, and utilization of knowledge, thereby supporting digital transformation and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The successful candidate will design and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with business objectives, collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, and develop solutions to bridge them. They will create and manage various content formats, maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge repositories, facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration, establish and nurture communities of practice, and contribute to change management through communication, training, and resistance mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably within digital transformation contexts.
  • Proficient in platforms like ARIS, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Salesforce, and AI video tools.
  • Experience in creating and delivering impactful training sessions.
  • Change management experience is a strong plus.
