Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead our ServiceNow implementations across various sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional with expertise in GRC, ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and ITOM.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, driving strategic project delivery, and leveraging business intelligence tools to achieve business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of IT project management best practices. You will be responsible for defining project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Prepare documentation including Statements of Work (SoW), Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), High-Level Designs (HLD), and Low-Level Designs (LLD).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and ITOM.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Certified Scrum Master & Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Experience in handling large cross-functional teams and enterprise-level IT projects.
