The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in real estate/construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Must have handled a minimum turnover of 200 Crores.
- Proven track record in managing large value projects ranging from high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure developments.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project execution skills.
- Highly dynamic, hands-on, and process-oriented professional.
- Strong understanding of real estate regulations, procurement, contracts, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Based in Chennai or willing to relocate. Professionals from other metro cities with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. An engineering background (Civil preferred); an MBA is a plus.
