Hiring Construction Managers for our reputed Client Construction Manager: Civil- Substation Location: Chennai Work Location: UAE Experience: 10yrs to 16yrs Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall civil construction execution activities at substation project sites. Plan, organize, and manage resources, schedules, and budgets for civil works. Supervise and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work. Ensure adherence to construction drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during execution. Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and communicate with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Review and approve civil work method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality assurance procedures. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Manage procurement and delivery of civil construction materials in coordination with the supply chain team. Requirements: BE/BTech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 10–16 years of progressive experience in civil execution, preferably in substation or related infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
