Senior Plant Construction Executive

Job Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of plant construction projects. This includes ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee the management of construction teams, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and practices.
