As a seasoned software engineer, you will work throughout the software development life cycle to create, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement and validate applications with a broad understanding of various languages and architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Develop and implement application solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure they meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in one or more front-end/back-end languages/technologies and moderate understanding of other corresponding end language/technology.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IBM Rational Tools experience.

Operating Systems:

  • Microsoft Windows
  • z/OS

Essential Skills:

  • Hands-on development experience on IBM Mainframe z/OS with COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF.
  • Understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to mentor teams to resolve technical issues.
Additional Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or a related field.
