Software Engineer - Technical Lead

Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer - Technical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the development of our software applications. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and implementation of complex software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment. Your expertise in software engineering, including design patterns, testing, and debugging, will help guide the team towards delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing, containerization, and agile methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.

- Proficient in one or more programming languages.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Experience with web application development and support (frontend and/or backend).
