Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Professional to lead our digital transformation efforts.

This role will involve spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions to drive business growth and innovation. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality products and features aligned to our objectives, regulation, and security policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Collaborate with customers and business teams to implement customer trails and propose technically feasible solutions.
  • Work with software engineers, quality teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features throughout the software project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects to prepare the bank for potential challenges.
  • Manage change requests and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, data processing, RESTful, and GraphQL API designs.
  • Experience in building complex systems with efficient code and performance considerations.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with version control, best security practices, and build/deployment pipelines.
  • Additional relevant skills include Tableau reporting, AWS, monitoring and logging, E2E testing, and performance testing.
