Development Fundraising Specialist

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Development Fundraising Specialist to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to secure financial support from various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on potential donors and develop personalized approaches to secure funding.
  • Create engaging fundraising materials, including proposals, reports, and pitch decks.
  • Plan and execute successful fundraising events, leveraging your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate donor databases and ensure timely acknowledgement of contributions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in managing donor databases and acknowledging contributions in a timely manner.
  5. Event planning and organization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
