Job Description

We are seeking ambitious professionals to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role, specializing in AI security.

This position requires exceptional individuals who can adapt quickly to the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities with creativity and precision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking principles, as well as excellent writing skills and the ability to think creatively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting sophisticated prompts to test the limits of LLMs, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by clients
  • Collaborating closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work
  • Assisting data scientists in conducting automated model attacks
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in LLM capabilities and vulnerabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to adopt different voices and perspectives
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
