Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining detailed records of private equity funds. Your duties will include creating and updating investor-specific reporting templates, analyzing fund performance by reviewing cash flows and financial reports, and calculating key metrics such as investment costs, realized/unrealized values, gross/net multiples, and IRRs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage portfolio details of various private equity funds
  • Create pre-defined investor-specific quarterly reporting templates and update them as needed
  • Analyze PE fund performance by reviewing cash flows and financial reports
  • Calculate fund valuation data, including investment costs, realized/unrealized values, gross/net multiples, and IRRs
  • Track operational KPIs and provide quarterly updates
  • Develop and maintain fund track records and reconcile the data using cash flow notices
  • Perform analytics like attribution and value creation analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-graduate or equivalent qualifications in finance or a related field
  • 1-10 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in management reporting, operational finance, or research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work products
  • Ability to work independently, identify areas for improvement, and take initiative to enhance processes and outcomes
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead or support team members as needed
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and a solutions-focused approach to work
