As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving business targets through effective team management.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and business targets by effectively managing a team of bank VRMs mapped to the role.
- Build rapport and provide quick responses/solutions to bank stakeholders.
- Train and mentor bank VRMs/Verifiers to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Other key responsibilities include conversion of logged-in cases, handling escalations, and call quality evaluation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
