We are looking for a dedicated customer care professional to manage customer interactions related to SBI renewal processes, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to SBI renewal processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist customers in understanding the renewal process and answer their queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

As a SBI Renewal Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions related to SBI renewal processes. You will provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

You will also collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and targets. If you have excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, then this role is perfect for you.
