Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and determine necessary actions.
  • Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing inquiries and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities to track progress and inform future decisions.
  • Analyze delinquent accounts to prepare reports on collection status and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement credit policies to minimize late payments and enhance financial stability.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices to maintain compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess data and trends to make informed decisions.
