Financial Service Associate Role Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will monitor customer data closely and identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance, fixed deposits, and other relevant products, thereby enhancing the overall value proposition to our customers.
  • A key aspect of this role is sourcing new business opportunities and achieving assigned targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • To succeed in this position, you must have a deep understanding of our company's products and services, as well as those offered by our competitors. You will need to handle customer objections professionally and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
  • In addition to building relationships with clients, you will also work closely with Home Loan Executives to ensure seamless collaboration and maximum file attachments during disbursement.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage entire customer accounts, including timely renewal of sourced business.
  • You will undergo comprehensive training and certification programs to develop your skills in selling various products, including insurance, mutual funds, and others.
