Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our technical accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and reporting consulting, with experience working with clients to provide high-quality technical accounting advisory services.

  • Actively participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development;
  • Manage client relationships;
  • Project management;
  • Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues and conduct research on accounting topics;
  • Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards;
  • Review and analyze client financial information and provide recommendations for improvement.

You will work closely with other senior stakeholders, including Partners & Directors, and mentor team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional accounting and reporting consulting services to clients. The incumbent will work with top global clients across various markets and industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong domain, project management, business development, and people skills;
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of accounting concepts and stay informed of professional standards;
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary;
  • Possess strong domain knowledge and analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CAs with 10+ years of relevant experience;
  • Experience of working in technical accounting/financial reporting;
