Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

• Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.

• Support in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

• Preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.

• Support senior finance team in financial planning and process improvements.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Team player with problem-solving attitude.
