Job Overview

We are seeking a professional who can lead our initiatives and bring new dimensions to our current activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program execution, supervision, and resource allocation.
  • Identify training needs and offer relevant training programs to socio-political groups.
  • Establish objectives, prioritize projects, create standards, and monitor quality and outcomes of programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholder departments to achieve program goals.

Required Skills:

  • Training design & content development and its implementation.
  • Creating visibility for programs, executing report writing, project proposals, and documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferred in sociology or political science.
  • 10 years' experience with minimum 5 years in training & program management for NGOs, government, & semi-government bodies.

General Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, & English (written & spoken).
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in word, excel, & PowerPoint.
