Strategic Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to spearhead data-driven decision-making. This individual will analyze complex datasets, design predictive models, and implement data strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Acquisition and Integration: Collect and integrate structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Process Automation: Develop and automate data collection, preprocessing, and cleaning processes to optimize efficiency.
- Insight Generation: Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
- Predictive Modeling: Design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to inform business decisions.
- System Development: Develop and optimize databases, data pipelines, and analytics strategies for scalability and efficiency.
- Communication: Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- 4-7+ years of experience in data analysis or science.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Java/Scala/C++ programming languages.
- Strong expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Effective communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
