Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, database design, development, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create test directories for RBU's/EBU's
  2. Triage and prepare demand requests for team members
  3. Monitor and provide status updates to managers for all inflight and pending projects
  4. Perform mapping of customer to codes
  5. Produce ongoing compendium maintenance files for strategic customers or vendors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Clinically oriented
  2. MED TECH preferred
  3. Fluent in medical terminology
  4. Familiar with major LIS and EMR's (Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Orchard, NextGen)
  5. Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
  6. Exceptional Microsoft Access/SQL database skills
  7. Ability to communicate within peer group
  8. Ability to multi-task and adhere to stringent customer deadlines
  9. Provide project status updates as required by leadership
  10. Ability to quickly learn systems for compendium mapping/build file purposes
  11. Must work US hours to allow for team collaboration
