The role of Data Insights Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our data processing systems. The individual responsible for this position will be tasked with managing the efficient processing of transactions, events, and data to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of transactions within own area of responsibility
  • Apply all internal and external policies, guidelines, and requirements to uphold superior performance standards
  • Maintain relationships with clients to provide support for time-sensitive tasks
  • Contribute to product development to ensure a premium offering
  • Escalate operational risks to line manager and functional leads

Essential Skills:

  • Relevant experience in technical areas, reconciliations an advantage
  • Product and system knowledge in related domains
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptable problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix organizations

Desirable Skills:

  • Reconciliation, TLM, Trade Lifecycle, Domain Knowledge - Investment Bank

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3+ years of experience working with data in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
